If you are running Microsoft's Vista operating system, you may not be able to view the cameras through Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser.  The cameras can be viewed, however, Google's Chrome browser, or Mozilla's Firefox browser.  The following links will take you to the download pages for each of these browsers:

www.mozilla.com/firefox

To access the cameras please type guest for both the user name and password.  Be sure to check the "remember my password" box so you won't have the enter this information on future visits.
