Enrollment Requirements for Day Care and Training

DHPP and Rabies Vaccines within the previous 12 months (puppies must be current on age-appropriate vaccines).

Bordetella (Kennel Cough Vaccine) within the previous 6 months.

Currently on Heartworm Preventative and Flea/Tick Treatment.

All dogs over the age of 7 months must be spayed or neutered.

We require proof of vaccines prior to your dog's first visit.  Please submit a copy of your pet's records when you come in to sign up.  If you are registering online, you may fax your dog's records to (678) 817-1638.

Training Registration

To enroll in a training class, please click HERE to enter our secure enrollment site. Remember, we require proof of vaccinations prior to the first training class.  

Payment in full must be made prior to the first class.  We accept cash, checks and MasterCard or Visa.
