Enrollment
Requirements for Day Care/Boarding and Training
 DHPP and Rabies
Vaccines within the previous 12 months (puppies must be at least 12
weeks of age, have had at least the second series of DHPP, and have been
living with you for at least 14 days).
Bordetella (Kennel Cough
Vaccine) within the previous 6 months.
Canine Influenza
Vaccine - must have had the first dose prior to the
first visit (or return visit for existing clients who have not yet had the
vaccine), followed by the booster within the related
three- to four-week window.
Currently on Heartworm
Preventative and Flea/Tick Treatment.
All dogs over the
age of 7 months must be spayed or neutered.
All dogs must pass Socialization at least 2 days before boarding.
We
require proof of vaccines prior to your dog's first visit.
Please submit a copy of your pet's records when you come in to sign
up. If you are registering online, you may fax your dog's records to

Training
Registration
To
enroll in a training class, please click HERE

our enrollment form. Remember, we require proof of vaccinations prior to
the first training class.
Payment
in full must be made prior to the first class. We accept cash, checks
and MasterCard or Visa.
